Triangle shield or heater shield is a type of medieval knight shield, which was widespread in the XII-XV centuries among European warriors.
This defence was evolved from kite shield. Unremarkably, heater shield were made of playwood, covered with fabric or leather and trimmed with metallic or leather. However, quite frequently there were models made of steel.
